GLOW: A Three-Peptide Research Blend for Tissue and Structural Study

GLOW: A Three-Peptide Research Blend for Tissue and Structural Study
Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. This article summarizes published in vitro and animal-model research; it is not medical advice and does not describe dosing or use in humans.
What Is GLOW?
GLOW is a research blend combining three peptides studied for their roles in tissue repair and structural biology:
• BPC-157 — 10 mg
• TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) — 10 mg
• GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) — 50 mg
Each of these three compounds has an independent research literature; GLOW combines them into a single formulation so researchers can study their combined effects in one experimental model rather than dosing three separate vials.
BPC-157 and TB-500: A Quick Recap
Both are studied individually for roles in tissue-repair signaling — BPC-157 in cytoprotective and angiogenic pathways, TB-500 in actin regulation and cell migration. (See our full Wolverine Stack overview for a deeper look at these two.)
GHK-Cu: What the Research Looks At
GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine). It’s one of the most studied peptides in the dermatology and wound-healing research literature, with published interest in:
• Collagen and extracellular matrix signaling
• Skin and connective tissue research models
• Antioxidant and cellular resilience pathways
• Wound-healing research models
GHK-Cu naturally decreases with age in humans, which is part of why it has drawn sustained research interest in tissue-aging and structural biology contexts.
Why Study Them as a Combination?
Researchers combining BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu in a single study design are typically investigating whether cytoprotective, cell-migration, and collagen-signaling pathways produce complementary or synergistic effects in tissue models — since each compound is understood to act through a distinct mechanism.
Purity and Documentation
Every GLOW batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis confirming identity and purity via HPLC and mass spectrometry. Current batch: KC004, 99.95% purity — view the full COA in our documentation library.
Research Use Only
GLOW is sold strictly for laboratory and research use. It is not intended for human consumption, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic application, and has not been evaluated by the FDA. Researchers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
